LET'S HAVE A CHINWAG.
(Usually over the phone, but if you fancy a chat face-to-face, mine's a cappuccino.)
We have a chat over the phone, and you can tell me all about your goals for the project. This is where we'll get to know each other a little better. Ask me as many questions are you like; I'll ask you plenty. I understand that every project is different, so the best way for me to deliver top-class content for you is if we're both singing from the same hymn sheet from Day One. This call is also where we can discuss cost and turnaround time.

Three.​
LEAVE ME ALONE.
(Only for a week, mind.)
I'll get to work. I usually ask for a week to complete a project (depending on the scale). This gives me time to plan, research, write and edit the piece until I'm happy it's as good as it can be. I want to deliver the best piece of work possible, and I've found that a week's turnaround is usually the sweet spot for both of us. I'll send it over to you as soon as it's finished.

Four.​
SHOW AND TELL.
(I show you the work, you tell me if anything needs changing.)
After you've digested the piece, you might have a few notes for me. That's totally fine - I welcome the feedback. Send over your amends - or talk me through them on the phone - and I'll get to work polishing the piece until it's a shiny little stone that we're both proud to send out into the world. All being well, I'll have the revised copy back to you within 48 hours.

JOB DONE.
(It's as simple as that.)
